New for 2008! KN partnered with children’s book author, Nancy Wolff, to offer a line of limited edition products benefitting First Book based on the characters in her book, Tallulah in the Kitchen. Tallulah the cat, Freddie the alligator, and Flapjack the dog, all characters created by Nancy Wolff, are featured on limited edition KN Karen Neuberger pajamas and pancake mix for holiday 2008. The limited edition products will be sold along with the book Tallulah in the Kitchen.
KN will donate a minimum of $10,000 from sales of the exclusive Books at Bedtime line to First Book, addressing one of the most important factors affecting literacy – access to books. An innovative leader in social enterprise, First Book has distributed more than 60 million free books in thousands of communities.

2008 Tallulah in the Kitchen Event
KN and Nancy Wolff are planning a great event to support First Book at Medical City Dallas this holiday season.
On Wednesday, December 10th Tallulah in the Kitchen author-illustrator, Nancy Wolff, will do a reading and book signing for the pediatric patients at Dallas Medical City. KN will provide Tallulah in the Kitchen books and themed pajamas for the all the kids and serve up a fun pancake breakfast!
Media and potential retailer participation are also planned to be part of this event. |
